Zzish needed a product able to collect results from classroom activities and homework assignments through Quizalize. A centralised dashboard that could display results and data from many schools under the same district.

The Challenge

Visualise thousands of students' results coming from different platforms into a digestible and understandable dashboard. Showing both formative and summative assessments in different parts of the product.

The approach

The Product Manager and I engaged in multiple calls with school district heads in the US (our core target), which enabled us to understand the pain points of managing an entire school district.
We then listed all the core features of the product and I then started sketching low fidelity wireframes.

I turned low fidelity wireframes and sketches into high fidelity designs starting from the design system using the atomic design structure. I then performed user testing sessions, testing the prototypes with clients that already purchased Quizalize for their schools.
After iterating on the designs, we kicked off the implementation process with the developers.

From wireflows to the final design

The solution

By building Zzish Insights, the company had a boost in sales by 20% and managed to close 5 deals with US school districts with an average of 20.000 students for each department straightaway.
